CLOUD API · DOCUMENTATION

Build with a cloud API that stays clear.

A straightforward path from your first authenticated request to dependable production integrations.

  • Secure auth
  • Predictable endpoints
  • Developer-first docs

Platform overview

A clear path from request to response.

A single cloud API gives your application consistent access to core platform services through documented, versioned endpoints.

One consistent interface

Use a unified REST API to connect your application to platform capabilities without stitching together separate service interfaces.

Predictable data contracts

Structured requests and consistent response schemas make it easier to validate, handle, and evolve integrations.

Built for implementation

Follow the authentication guide and endpoint reference to move from a first request to a working integration.

  • RESTful access
  • Predictable schemas
  • Quick integration

Access & identity

Authentication

Use a secret API key to identify your application on every request.

  1. Create an API key

Generate a key for your project in the developer console. Keep the secret on your server.

  2. Store it securely

Load the key from an environment variable or secret manager. Never expose it in client-side code.

  3. Send an authorized request

Include the key as a bearer token in the Authorization header on each API call.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to common questions as you integrate the Cloud API.

How do I get started?
Create an API key, then follow the Quick Start guide to make your first request.
Why is my authentication request failing?
Check that the key is active and sent in the documented Authorization header. Never include extra spaces or quotes.
What happens when I reach a rate limit?
Requests over the limit receive a rate-limit response. Use its retry guidance and apply backoff before retrying.
How are API versions handled?
Versions are explicit. Pin the version you integrate with and review release notes before upgrading.
What should I include when contacting support?
Share the request ID, endpoint, timestamp, and a redacted error response. Do not send API keys or secrets.
